Replacements:

  • Replacements are available only after order fulfillment.
  • They are provided free of charge for any Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Faulty products if the customer initiates the request through our portal within 10 days of delivery.
  • In instances where reverse pickup service is unavailable through our logistics partners, customers must bear the responsibility and cost of returning products to SIGNATURE COMPUTERS.
  • Replacement orders are processed once the claimed DOA or Faulty product has been received by SIGNATURE COMPUTERS and verified by our representatives as untampered.
  • Tampered products returned to SIGNATURE COMPUTERS will not qualify for replacement.

Returns:

  • Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery if they meet criteria such as being Dead on Arrival (DOA), defective, physically damaged (reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery), or incorrectly delivered.
  • Returns based on the aforementioned reasons result in either a 100% refund of the item value or a free replacement, depending on the customer’s choice.

Key Points to Note:

  • Customers must maintain items in their original condition, including the brand’s outer box, MRP tags/stickers, user manual, warranty cards, and all original accessories, in the manufacturer’s packaging for successful return/replacement.
  • Products must reach our warehouse in their original packing, with all original components, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and applicable materials for validation by our experts.
  • We are not liable for delays resulting from technical glitches or reasons beyond our control, including those involving our partners and vendors engaged in transactions and related operations.
  • Refund approvals or replacement dispatches occur after our experts validate claims for return/replacement as per the request received by SIGNATURE COMPUTERS.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in the original method of payment.
